Approval Flow Settings
Configure who approves gate pass requests. Add approval levels and assign each level to a specific user, a job title, a relative level (line manager), or a department responsible/director.
Notifications
Choose whether email/in-app notifications are sent for gate pass workflow events.

Upload a stamp image that will be displayed at the bottom of the gate pass details modal.

Scan Access — Terminal Names
Assign a friendly name to each terminal IP address detected during scans. The name will be shown in the Terminal IP column instead of the raw IP.
