Access Control
Control which users can see the + (Issue New Permit) button, each action button in the permit details modal (Edit, Violation, Suspend, Revoke, Delete), and which tabs (Permits, Scan Permit, Settings, Audit Log) each user can see. By default users can only see the Permits tab — every other tab and button must be explicitly granted here. Settings stays reachable while no users are configured so you can set up permissions.

Permit Validity Period
Set how long a driving permit stays valid. The permit expiry date in the Issue Driving Permit modal is calculated automatically from the issue date using this period.
Permit Expiry Reminders
Automatically remind people by email when a driving permit's validity period is about to expire. Choose who is notified and set the timing below. Use Send Now to email immediately for any permit expiring within the window.
Violation Types
Define the violation types that appear in the Record Violation modal. Severity drives the default star deduction; Critical violations automatically suspend the permit.
Geofence Zones
Define geofence zones (authorized driving areas). They appear as options in the Issue Driving Permit modal, where each permit can be limited to specific zones.
