What is a Near Miss?
A near miss is an unplanned event that did not result in injury, illness, or damage, but had the potential to do so. Reporting near misses helps prevent future incidents.
Step 1: Navigate to Create Event
Click the "+" button at the top of the Incident Board page to open the Report Incident form.
